A membership if you train every week, a pack when you know what you need — or a single class, if today is the only day you have decided about.
Studio credit for birthdays, holidays and regular clients who want to prepay.

We opened in a railway arch with two barbells and a rowing machine. The idea has not changed: teach people to lift properly, then keep them doing it.
Everything is coached. Small groups cap at six for strength and ten for conditioning, because past that a coach is a spectator.
Most people come in unsure and stay for years. That is the whole business.

The work, over time
Months apart, not weeks. Nobody here got there in a fortnight.
Meet the coaches
Six people, not sixty
Small groups mean a coach actually sees you lift. Every session is programmed, not improvised.
Coached, not supervised
All our coaches are accredited and have been doing this for years, not months.
A plan that progresses
You leave the first session with a written programme and know exactly what next week looks like.
Whatever you are into
CrossFit, calisthenics, straight barbell work — the room, the coaching and the timetable are the same for all of it. Come in with a sport, or come in with none.

What clients say
“First gym where someone actually corrected my deadlift. Two years in and still going.”
“Small groups make it. Six people, one coach, nobody hiding at the back.”
“Came in after an injury, terrified. They programmed around it and I am stronger than before.”

Do you do online programming?
Not yet. Everything is in person and coached.
